Dune Hai

A Distinct Aesthetic With No Digital Infrastructure to Match
Dune Hai had a clear and compelling design philosophy, rooted in art, culture, and intentional outdoor spaces, but lacked the digital strategy to communicate it. Their ideal high-budget clients in entertainment and creative industries weren't finding them online, and an audience education gap around the cost and value of landscape architecture made content strategy critical to conversion.
Position Dune Hai as a Thought Leader and Attract Art-Driven Clients Across California
The engagement was built around four objectives: attracting higher-tier, art-driven, and avant-garde clients; increasing brand awareness across California and new markets; showcasing their unique body of work and portfolio; and positioning Dune Hai as a thought leader at the intersection of design, art, and landscape architecture.
From a Quiet Feed to a High-Engagement Editorial Presence
Over a seven-month engagement, Dune Hai moved from an irregular posting rhythm to a consistent, editorial presence, grounded in their design philosophy and the beauty of the work itself. Engagement rate held between roughly 15% and 23% month over month, monthly views peaked above 61,000, and reach topped 21,000 accounts in a single month. One project carousel alone drew more than 13,000 views. By the end, the account had grown into a recognizable voice at the intersection of design, art, and landscape architecture—the exact positioning the studio set out to build.
